Refunds

You may return your piece within 30 days from the date of delivery. After the 30 days you can exchange your piece for the same value.  If your exchanged item is less than the value of the original item, the remainder will be used to ship your new item. You will be expected to ship the returned item on your own. 

All items must be shipped to: Passtage de Prunera 4, Bajos2, Barcelona España 08004.

One the returned item has been inspected, Thembe will refund you within 7 days of the product arriving at the studio. 

If an item arrives defected:

• If you live in the Barcelona area we can arrange pick up of the item to repair free of charge. 

• If you are outside of Barcelona, please contact us directly at thembe4u@gmail.com, and we will personally handle your situation.
